You the customer understands that loading ammunition can be a hazardous activity that requires, among other things, knowledge, skill, and attention. You the customer further agree that specifically “Fired Brass” is a used product and should be inspected by the customer before use.

You the customer certify that you are of at least the age of 18 years.  You the customer agree, to release Alamo Brass, LLC, or it’s owners for any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses and charges resulting from the direct, indirect, and/or misuse of any product purchased from Alamo Brass,LLC.

The customer assumes any and all risk associated with the use and or misuse of any product purchased from Alamo Brass, LLC

Assumption of Shipping Liability

Once your product is received by the shipping carrier, you will automatically assume all responsibility for its safe transit to your delivery address and thereafter. You also agree to hereby explicitly release Alamo Brass from all liability and responsibility thereafter.

We do not ship to any area within the United States where it the shipment of ammunition components are prohibited by federal, state, or local law.

Order Cancellation by Alamo Brass

Alamo Brass reserves the right to cancel any order where the customer has not abided by our Terms and Conditions. In the event that we need to cancel your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the amount of the purchase.

Alamo Brass will never provide any customer personal information to any third party under any circumstance. We may contact you via email with Alamo Brass offers. If you do not want to be contacted by us via email you may decide to opt out of our email list at any time.
